1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
Items that are damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return.

Products damaged after delivery
3. Return Process
To request a return:
Email us at info@clevermirchu.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you on the return process.
Note: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
5. Damaged or Wrong Item
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
7. Exchange Policy
We offer product exchanges only if the item received is defective or damaged.
Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
First check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company (it may take time before refund is officially posted).

9. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After that, the order is processed and cannot be canceled.
